The new B2B procurement platform combines South African supply with a trade desk serving Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Musika launches today, giving South African manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors a managed route to business buyers in four Southern African markets. Built by Cabanga Platforms, Musika brings sourcing, quotations, order coordination and fulfilment into one procurement process.
Suppliers can register the products they hold or manufacture, their available quantities and their lead times. Buyers submit requirements with specifications, quantities, destinations and required dates. Musika’s procurement team qualifies those requests and identifies suitable suppliers.
When the supplier register cannot meet a requirement, the desk sources outside it. Suppliers therefore join a marketplace organised around stated demand, with a buyer’s requirement attached to the opportunity.
The buyer receives one quotation showing goods and logistics as separate charges. Acceptance creates an order linked to the agreed quotation version. The desk connects payment records through the order reference and coordinates fulfilment with the relevant partners.
Musika names Afrexpay Pty Ltd and Evertol Associates Pty Ltd as operational partners supporting its order and settlement processes. It names SITT Logistics (Pty) Ltd as a logistics partner, with transporters and licensed clearing agents carrying out shipment and border work. Musika coordinates those activities; the appointed partners perform them.
The wider platform network includes Mashofe for freight load-matching, Moeletsi for corporate services and business registration, and Setsebi for corporate training and team building.
Cabanga Africa Group is Musika’s founding media partner. Its five publications covering the initial markets are Cabanga, Moakanyi, Dhiladhila, Ganizo and Kufunga.
Oscar Manduku-Habeenzu, Founder and Expansion Architect of Cabanga Africa Group, is the launch spokesperson.
Suppliers can register their capacity, while operational, financial and logistics businesses can explore partnership opportunities through Musika’s partner page.
